How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance for most events, and 2–3 months for weddings or large corporate events. Weekend dates during summer fill up quickly; reach out early to secure your date.
What is your minimum guest count?
We typically cater events with 50 or more guests, though we evaluate smaller events on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we'll let you know if we can accommodate your group.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to hold your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. We accept credit cards and Zelle.
How much space do you need to set up?
Our cart footprint is approximately 8×6 feet, plus a few feet on each side for guests to line up. For indoor events, a standard doorway is sufficient for cart access.
Are your syrups allergen-free?
Our syrups are naturally gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free. Some add-ons (like snow cap cream or ice cream base) do contain dairy. We're happy to work around specific dietary needs; just let us know during booking.
Can I customize the flavors for my event?
Absolutely; that's our favorite part! We'll work with you to choose the perfect flavor lineup for your crowd, and can even create signature combinations inspired by your event theme or brand colors.
What if it rains or my event is indoors?
No problem. Our setup works equally well indoors and outdoors. If your outdoor event faces weather issues, we can typically adapt. We'll discuss contingency plans during your booking consultation.
Do you provide proof of insurance?
Yes, we carry general liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance for venue requirements upon request.
